First Key Homes is a residential rental property management company that specializes in providing high-quality single-family rental homes across the United States. They offer a variety of rental properties and aim to make the rental experience as convenient and comfortable as possible for their tenants.

We incorporated the concept of “To Put Down Roots” by integrating natural elements and organic touches to create a space that reflects the liveliness found in nature.

The design elements focus on organic tones, interesting contrasts, and residential influences to build energy in the workplace and better connect users with their surroundings. The aesthetic is eclectic and bright, with dynamic and playful contrasts of color, along with patterns and textures that allude to the First Key Homes brand. The incorporation of homey details allows for comfort, flexibility, and individual choice, creating a balance and smooth transition between office life and the comfort of working from home. This design approach aims to help First Key Homes employees get comfortable, grow their community, and become more connected and established every day.
